I’ve had a complex relationship with skin care ever since my son was born. I’ve always had sensitive skin but it seemed to get worse postpartum. I started to develop eczema as well as just general skin irritation with new products. I’ve searched all over for products that work well for me.  Here are some really great products/brands that have been working for me the past two years: 

Clinical:

  • Hydrinity - Spray Toner 

  • Skin Better - Mystro, AlphaRet

  • Kiehls (Face Cream, Avocado Under eye) 

  • Rhode (cleanser, barrier restore cream)

  • Drunk Elephant (Maruja Oil) 

Natural: (I use these specifically when I’m having an eczema breakout)

  • Honey exfoliator (linked in beauty)

  • Jojoba Oil (whole foods brand)

  • Argan Oil (Whole Foods brand) 

My Omnilux LED mask has also been helpful if I’m in the middle of an eczema flare up. It’s definitely a splurge but I love it! I wanted to share these in case anyone struggles with similar skin issues & share what works best for me.
