Mindfulness

Over the years, I’ve learned that mindfulness can be one of the most powerful tools for overcoming anything. 

I really do believe that mindset is everything and I think that getting more in tune with yourself and using your brain as an ally instead of something that’s working against you is huge. 

For me, meditation has been a big factor in learning mindfulness, and then transitioning that into my daily life. Especially in times where you can feel yourself getting stressed or starting to get worked up and noticed those signs and learn how to tune into mindfulness.
