Infrared Sauna
I have always loved an infrared sauna for how it makes me feel when I’m done. For me, the benefits I love are better sleep, sweating it out, skin benefits, immune support and relaxation. I started using an infrared sauna at my gym when I lived in Austin after my workouts. More recently, I’ve been loving it for sleep. We had a sauna at our house in Florida for spring training and it really helped me crash when I hit the pillow at night.
Infrared saunas are definitely gaining popularity for their ability to use infrared light to heat the body directly. Unlike traditional saunas, which heat the air around you, infrared saunas work at a lower temperature, making the experience more comfortable while still providing numerous health benefits.
